When it might be useful to have a ‘trusted guide’ through a challenging process, Bonnie’s coaching expertise supports senior staff members and volunteer leadership on their journey through various implementation phases. Bonnie’s combined knowledge of strategic planning (how to design effective and practical goals) combined with in-depth knowledge of how organizations actually operate, help ensure a strategy that meets the organization’s needs. Some of the organizations Bonnie has advised are the Osteopathic International Alliance as its Board and staff created and nurtured a new organization, the work of the multi-stakeholder  Child Health Task Force and the Global Health Council.  See more about these and other engagements below.
